NEW STUFF BELOW After "Errors"

Errors: During preparation of selections from the Well-tempered Clavier faulty equipment was discovered. A check revealed that this had caused significant frequency response errors in the the contents of "Flemish_harpsichord". The problem has been corrected and these offerings have been reposted. The files "contrib/Al_Goldstein..." also needed repair. Please accept my apology for this bad oversight. of this file. From Australia comes corrections to the Readmes in Live_Debby_Hu and Martha Goldstein's Chopin-Liszt. Our thanks to "Albert" for this and to Neal O'Doan for some added comments. See Albert's letter at the end of this file.

Dutilleux corrections in reference to the following page: http://music.ibiblio.org/pub/multimedia/pandora/mp3/contrib/Debbie_Hu/ Readme The listed "Rachmaninoff: Chorale and Variations" is actually the 3rd movement of the "Duttileux Piano Sonata" (called "Chorale and Variations" strangely enough ;-) It is also listed incorrectly here: http://pan.zipcon.net/LIST.html I think the same may have happened in the following page:
http://music.ibiblio.org/pub/multimedia/pandora/mp3/historical_instrum ents /Chopin_Liszt/index.html The Fantasie Impromptu is probably Chopin's not Liszt's - I did not use any bandwidth to actually confirm this - you can check yourself by playing the Chopin6.mp3 file - if it starts with a G# octave half-note. hope this helps
